Didn't know that about weight training, though I'm not surprised. Good find. I think any form of exercise has been shown to release anti-cancer agents into the bloodstream, such as interleukens.
John - weight training apparently has lots of benefits. This is quoted from http://weighttraining.about.com/od/benefitsofweighttraining/a/benefits.htm:
